A narrow judged-debate OPEN_LONG pocket is tested with an additive, reversible rerank penalty. The intervention is designed to demote marginal opens to safer alternatives without rewriting global policy.
Target: judged debate, trending regime, 70-79 confidence bucket, 2-4% volatility bucket, open-long action family.
Evidence required: target-pocket movement, non-target spillover, HOLD-rate explanation, realized expectancy or replay exception, robustness/risk metric, and metadata proof.
